The beauty behind our lasers is the intricate and extremely accurate results that are produced. The lasers work like any standard printer, except instead of printing small dots of ink, the laser removes small dots of material (except when the lasers are used to mark). The image is built up one line at a time, and reproduces virtually the image or photo sent to it from the controller computer. The detail is absolutely amazing!

There are numerous advantages to laser engraving over other engraving methods. As lasers use beams of light to engrave, cut and mark, unlike stamping presses for example, this means less mechanics involved, less setting up and ultimately less cost to you the consumer, as the costs are significantly reduced in comparison.

Our lasers produce a permanent, crisp, highly detailed mark, and engrave images up to 1200 dots per inch. This quality at this resolution is unmatched for reproducing graphics. Our lasers also provide an extremely fast way to create products. The beauty of our laser systems, is that we can engrave, cut and mark multiple pieces at the same time on our 24" X 12" laser beds. Multiple engravings at the same time allows us to pass on cheaper finished products to you.
